Driveway Washing And Stain Treatment For Home In Sammamish, WA
In this service request for driveway washing in Sammamish, WA, we were asked to give this driveway a much-needed washing in a short turnaround time. Thankfully, we were able to provide services with our priority scheduling availability. Due to the Washington State Department of Ecology and RCW 90.48.080 regulations, any sediment and/or chemical solution is strictly prohibited from entering storm drain and waterway systems. Because this driveway is designed to drain to the municipal storm drain system, we use sediment filtration devices to catch sediment emulsified into the wastewater runoff to prevent sediment pollution. We use a 250 degree Fahrenheit capable hot water system to effectively kill all organic growth present on the driveway surfaces, requiring no chemicals. We were asked to remove the leaf stains left on the concrete after the washing was completed so we spot treated the affected areas with a solution designed to easily and quickly remove the stains from the driveway without damaging the concrete. With patience and quality control, we were able to have this driveway looking new again.
