After a thorough inspection, because this building had minimal wiring installed and/or exposed, we were cleared to apply a low pressure water rinsing to the walls as well as the roof and rafters. A thick layer of cobwebs, dirt, silt and dust that had collected over multiple years was rinsed and removed from the surfaces to be painted. After removing the standing water from the building's concrete floors we are confident that we left this building ready to receive a well deserved fresh coat of paint.
