Roof Washing And Moss Removal For Home In Seattle, WA
In this service request for roof cleaning in Seattle, we came out to remove the moss and apply a liquid soft wash application for the roof surfaces. We discovered that the roof had been through most of it's useful life and after confirming with the homeowners that they would like to keep the roof in as good as possible shape until a favorable time to replace it, we proceeded to provide services. With this service request, we start by removing the existing moss and organic material with use of a non-abrasive rubber floor squeegee to ensure we are not removing granules from the roof like using a bristle brush would. We then use blowers to carefully remove the loosened organic material from the roof surfaces and follow by blowing out the remaining contents in the gutter systems. After we prepare the roof surfaces and gutter internals, we then apply our liquid soft wash solution to the roof surfaces to ensure all organic growths have been effectively neutralized.
